The Wool Aviator Hat

They have the chin strap at the bottom of the ear flaps, which puts it right in the middle of your neck. Totally wrong place to put the strap, and renders it nearly useless. I removed it and sewed it on further forward so it straps under the jaw where it should. Kind of ridiculous, I had to do this because it's obvious the strap is in the wrong place the second you put the hat on. Also, there need to be more colors to choose from, and darker colored shearling to choose from as well. The white shearling is the worst color possible for hunting. Like wearing a floodlight on your head to any animal. Otherwise, a really nice quality warm hat.

This looks like an awesome hunting hat. Please offer one with darker color lining that wont stand out. Also some other colors like green, orange, camo, etc would be great.

I got this hat early in the fall but had to wait for the temperature to drop before I could wear it. The wool lining is soft and fuzzy and the hat has a very unique style. It's so warm! I really like that the ear flaps can be clipped up or down. I received this product as part of a promotion.
