I got this vest for Christmas and I love it so much. Prices for similar vests from other companies are becoming insanely high, I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have 3 SK hats, and I gifted 5 to family members. I want to try more of their products in the near future, this vest fits me very well, I’m kinda tall at 6’ 1” so most vests come to short but the large in dark oak is perfect.

I get a lot of mileage of of this guy. This work horse is great when I’m out running my chainsaw or I’m lounging by a fire roasting marshmallows.

This past Christmas I was gifted an SK flannel shirt to add to my already overflowing collection of SK outerwear. Regrettably it was sized incorrectly by the purchaser and would need to be returned (without a reciept). So I called SK directly and spoke to a client representative who was friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. When i was informed that the shirt i was returning wasn't available any longer in my size I siiezed the opportunity to upgrade and purchase this vest with some additional cash and credit applied to the purchase. The vest arroived shortly after in the mail and upon opening the box i knew that the SK tradition of excellence was before me. The vest is everything they said it was and then some! It is not only exceptionally made it's handsome, stylish, rugged and highly functional all wrapped up in one. Without a doubt a purchase that will last me a lifetime. Great job to all of whom were involved at SK, I'm already looking forward to picking up next year's Christmas gifts for family and friends.
I recently purchased my third waxed cotton vest so it's fair to say I'm a fan. My newest is a clean version of my first, which is still wearing well but is definitely now an everyday, working vest. The new one will be for nicer occasions! Only one objection on the two newer vests I've purchased over the last year - I don't care for bright red Kromer patch on the front. I like the subdued logo on the back, but not the patch. I remove those.
Well made rugged vest. I have two of them, I ware one every day to work. I am 5ft 8in 210lb the XL fits me perfect. I also have several Filson vests if anyone wants to purchase one they are for sale. ~~ Happy to hear you are enjoying our vests much more than the other guys! SK ~~
The medium size vest is a good fit for a 150# 5’-9” adult male. Seem very durable and well made. While I’m very satisfied with this product, I’d like to see slightly deeper front pockets and a left side inside pocket.
