This is my 15th Stormy Kromer cap that I have purchased for myself and numbers more for other people over the years, so if I may I would like to think of myself as an expert on the product and would like to start by saying for the times I have dealt with the employees through customer service inquiring about their products or suggesting new ideas for caps they have been very friendly, courteous and professional As for the caps everyone of them have been shipped in a timely manner and I have received them by the USPS in good shape. When the packages were opened the caps were thoughtfully wrapped with the invoice and warranty information carefully tucked in with the cap and a card with the names of the employees who patiently took the time to make my first impression of the caps a good one as I open the package, I also want to say thank you to Malissa, Penny and Patti which are just some of the employees that think very highly of their caps to put their names on a card and send it with the caps. I would like to wrap it all together by saying Stormy Kromer is a USA company producing a professional product of the highest quality while always keeping the customers satisfaction and concerns a priority.
