The Saturday Poncho

I really liked this poncho and thought it was so cute with boots but the neck was so tight and irritating that I almost took it back. I ended up stopping at a sewing shop and they added a zipper to mine to make a V opening. This aftermarket hack is a game changer! They did a beautiful job and it looks like it was made that way. I can only say that it should be made this way! I could not stand to wear this poncho without this change. I just wore my poncho to a college football game and it was the perfect top layer for warmth!

This is a great poncho! I had shoulder surgery and have to be in a sling for a few months. It goes over my clothes and sling and is very warm.

I received this poncho from my husband as a gift Christmas 2022. I absolutely loved it and I was so excited to wear it. However when I put it over my head I realized really quick that it was way too tight on my face and neck. Because I didn't know anybody who could sell I didn't wear this for the last 12 months. I just found somebody willing to cut a v into the neck so that I could wear this. Now with the opening in the neck I am able to wear this and I love it. It is a great winter coat for me, and because I am disabled it makes it so easy to move my arms, as a regular winter coat is too bulky. I write this review in hopes that stormy kromer will see and be able to fix the shape of the neck in this poncho.

Beautiful poncho. Smooth thick quality wool blend. I love that it has 2 outside pockets (wonder if it's possible to have an inner pocket?) The neck is slightly irritating, but I do think I'll get used to it. It has an elegant flair to it and does keep in warmth; not necessarily outside in the wind, but if not windy or just in a chilly place, you'll be comfortable. It is a bit difficult to drive while wearing as there aren't sleeves. Overall, I do love this poncho and would love to have more in other colors/patterns, and in a longer length.

I ordered one of these for my mom for Christmas. As can be expected this is high quality clothing. I can't wait for her to see it.

If I could give this poncho 12 stars, I would! I use it in the Fall and Spring, almost every day. It is without a doubt the best outerwear garment for cold, rainy days, I have ever owned! It keeps you dry and toasty even on the soggiest days. Don't sleep on it! Get your t! You won't be sorry!!!

Purchased as a gift for my girlfriend. She really likes it, but I agree with some of the earlier comments - the neck cut needs to be larger. It is a minor struggle to get her head through. Maybe a button or a tie to cinch down a wider opening along with a more generously sized hood would be a consideration in an updated version.
