    I wear a size 8 hat. My head is long, and narrow. Not many hats fit me. I've owned the Rancher for a week now. It took a couple of days to figure out how to wear it, but now we are inseparable. It fits, it's warm, it covers my ears, it stays on in the wind. What more can a man ask? ***** Five stars!!

    Very warm comfortable hat for the winter! It is difficult to get the size correct when ordering online as this hat is thick and you need to order a size larger than the measurement guide.

    I purchased this cap to have good overage over my ears during winter storms. being outside alot and in whatever weather there is that day makes it so you want to be warm. this hat does that. Stormy Kromers sizing chart is spot on add around 1 hat size for a comfortable fit.

    I've been hunting elk the past 6 years in Wyoming and all the wranglers and guides wear Stormy Kromer hats. Tried one on and was sold.

    The Rancher is perfect for me. I am so glad I went it. The ear flaps are wonderful on windy days. I highly recommend going a size up from your head size like the website suggests. They do run small. This hat is going to last my lifetime no doubt.
