I like the hat with the exception of the ear flaps. When the flaps are in the up position They are WAY off center in front. I many Stormy, and some are a little off, not like this. When I contacted Stormy they wanted me to send pictures? Take my word for it... they are off. ~Hi Richard, For our warranty/quality control protocol, we do ask for photos so those can be passed to the correct departments on our end. The coolest stormy i own. Very well made and perfect fit. 7 7/8 size is just right for my head circumference of 24 inches
