1 star for being made in the USA. 1 Star for being made in Michigan. 1 star for making a quality product and another for making it at an affordable price. And lastly 1 for being a stand-up company with great service, support and friendliness. Plus a great web site, great warranty and insurance policy. I don't give 5 star ratings much. Only if they are earned. SK earned it!I had a red plaid Kromer for years that was passed down thru 3 generation. This is a cap that truly will last for generation. Just got a new one from the wife for my birthday (charcoal)and I just bought a new one for her for Xmas.(Superior Plaid)Thank you for the great gear Stormy Kromer, and thank you for saving a great company and we will do our part in keeping the Legend alive. -Agent1

Being the owner of several Stormy Kromer hats, I've gotta say that they're great. But if you need to be out in the elements when the windchill gets down around zero I'd recommend the Rancher. The original cap is perfect for chilly to cold days but not quite enough for the nasty days. -T/A

I bought a Kromer for my God daughter last year for Christmas. Can you believe it, she is the fifth generation in my family to wear a Kromer dating back to when my great grandfather was alive and wore a Kromer. Proud that the Kromer is made here in da U.P. U.S.A. -Robs Realtree Kromer

Several years ago I bought a "copycat" version of the Black S/K in Montana. It looks misshapen and was never comfortable. I only wore it when I absolutely had to. It just didn't work for me. Yesterday I lucked on to a store that sold the genuine S/K right here in north Alabama. The "copycat" went into the Goodwill bag this morning. -Cisco

My Stormy makes me proud of Michigan. It is a fantastic, functional, fun product that has a little sense of fun and adventure, but isn't so far out there that folks look at you funny. It just has that bit of personality that really appeals to me. I love the looks of it. I wear it jammed down on my head with a really curved bill, so its right down over my eyes. Its just a fun, fun hat with a lot of warmth and comfort. Basically, its like a well-worm baseball hat. Mine is black wool and looks great with a t-shirt and jeans or something dressier. -Zak

My daughter got me a SK three days ago and I fell in love with the design at the first glance. Luckily, today it was cold and overcast when I was on the beach walking my dogs. Wouldn't you know it, SK kept my head warm. Also, I look good with my new SK. Thanks -Stan

When I was 5 years old I'd wear my Dad's SK huntin cap. It was too big but I loved it. Now 50 years later, I happened to try one on at the local ACE store and memories came back. Got the red plaid one just like the old days. Forgot how comfortable it is! Moved away for 33 years but now I'm back in UP with my SK. -Hydro Tim
