    Bought the hat for my nephew as a Christmas present. Shipping was timely. Hat arrived in perfect condition. My nephew was thrilled. Chatted with online customer service, she was friendly and able to answer my questions. All in all, ordering was easy, hat arrived on time, and my nephew loved his new hat!

    Great hat, top quality and exactly what I was looking for. I'm outside a lot with my dog and being bald having a warm hat is a priority. My first Stormy Kromer but not my last.

    I love these hats I hunted deer a lot in Nebraska and South Dakota 30+ years ago on a hunt I had downed a nice deer laying my Kromer on the ground next to the deer, as I started to field dress the the deer I hit the bladder and the Kromer got hit too I still wear the old black Kromer with the memories of that hunt but it was time for a new dress Kromer ordered a grey with red pin stripes it was to be my christmas gift from my wife ordered it a week before Christmas thinking it would not get here by Christmas but Chirstmas Eve at around 7 there was a knock at the door and my new Kromer was delivered by UPS

    I did not recieve the hat or coat. I'm very unhappy I ordered it on the 12/16/2017. My order ID is #211071. Money was taken from my Credit Card account. And I'm very unhappy. Wilma - I am so sorry about this. Have you contacted our customer service team? It looks like for your order we were waiting on the cap to come through production, as we oversold our forecast. It shipped on 12/20 and through our normal methods should have been to you by Christmas. It looks like it had some delays but is on its way.     I got this for my husband for Christmas. HE LOVES IT! so warm and stylish. Quality Materials and Workmanship . . . and made just a few hours North of us in the great Mitten state!!

    Bought my original kromer from the stormy kromer page on the Amazon website. Instead of my purchase arriving to my home nicely boxed, it arrived in a ripped bag. Water and dirt got into the bag, which resulted in my not having a nice new hat to wear for Christmas day. No family pictures around the tree with the hat on. Luckily I had my old kromer otherwise I'd have been shoveling outside hatless. As a customer, we treasure the whole unboxing and wearing of the new hat at present opening. I just never got that experience. It's a great hat but it feels used to me, there's just no way to explain it. I hope that maybe they'll standardize the way their hats are shipped, to match what we as customers expect from such a great company. Hi Tom - I'm very sorry you had this experience. Unfortunately we don't sell directly via Amazon and can't control how our various retailers package and ship products. If you'd like to be sure you are getting product directly from our factory, you should order from this site. Our caps always ship in boxes. I would also leave this feedback on Amazon where it can be seen by the people who packaged it.
