The Millie Kromer Cap

I finally discovered Stormy Kromer! The Millie Kromer Cap is an incredibly warm cap to withstand our bitterly cold and raw New England nor'easters from the North Atlantic. The Stormy Kromer Head Sizing videos helped me determine the perfect fit for my head. Stormy Kromer is a company that truly understands that "One Size Does NOT Fit All" heads. The Millie Kromer is made very well with superior quality providing comfortable warmth inside and outside with a perfect fit. The fit and feel are so comfortable I forget I am wearing it inside our home that has helped keep me warmer inside the house too. I love my Cornflower Millie Kromer Cap so much that I just keep it on all the time. It is that comfortable! Love my new hat, very pretty color, cornflower PLD. If you are ordering a Stormy Kromer hat, do order a size up. I had to return for a larger size because the actual size of the hat was 1/4 inch smaller than measurement stated on the size chart.

I absolutely love this hat. I wish I had gotten a smaller size but that was my bad. I do plan to buy another one in a different style. All my friends wanted the info on mine because they plan to order themselves one. Thank you!

I have been looking for a SK hat with a ponytail hole for a long time. I tried on many hats, checked my sizes, and had to order online because there were none available in stores near me. I can fit my finger between the hat and my head, except on the forehead it is tight. Not sure if this has to do with the brim. Or it could be the fact that I have thick hair. It's also difficult to get my hair through the hole- it doesn't seem big enough. And it weighs the back of the hat down so that the front is too tight and too high. All other stormy kromer hats don't work well for me because of a ponytail and having thick hair. The flap goes too far down to the neck for there to be any space, and then my ears are exposed. I was so hopeful with this one. Maybe it's just something I have to get used to over more time. If there could be a change, so that the hole is slightly larger, or maybe even putting some elastic in the hat, that could be a game changer.

Love this hat. The ponytail space is perfect.
