I ordered the coat and hat. On 12/16/2017. Nothing. My Order ID # is 211071. Money was taken out of my credit card account. And I have no coat or hat. I'm very unhappy. I feel I have been taken advantage of greatly. Wilma - I am so sorry about this. Have you contacted our customer service team? It looks like for your order we were waiting on the cap to come through production, as we oversold our forecast. It shipped on 12/20 and through our normal methods should have been to you by Christmas. It looks like it had some delays but is on its way.
