The Ida Kromer® Cap

Love my Pink Cap! Fits perfect and is so warm. I don't usually like to wear hats but wear this one a lot! I love wearing it with the flaps down.

I already have an Ida Kromer in deep pink. I tend to wear it with my bright orange fleece jacket, and yeah, I get some comments, especially when I have my purple purse over my shoulder. When I just happened to see that now this cap comes in a bright orange, I thought to myself "Self, you can match that with your jacket!". I also used this as an experiment in sizing, as I sometimes think my pink cap (7) is a little too small. I have trouble getting the ear flaps down. I bought this cap in a 7 1/4 and yes, I can get the flaps down much easier but I miss the really snug fit, which has now sent me back for a third Ida Kromer (back to 7), which then made me believe I may need one in every color. (Kidding. Sort of.) These comments are for those who wonder about sizing. That quarter inch makes quite the difference, amazingly, so pay attention. to the charts Bottom line is that I love these caps. They're very well made, they seem to last forever, and I love that they're made in my home state of Michigan.

Daughter loves her Ida!!!

I've worn my winter white Ida Kromer for a couple years and love it! I get compliments whenever I wear it. I wore it to the Thankgiving Day Packer/Bears game and it rained the entire time we were at the game. My Ida Kromer was completely soaked and it was windy and cold that night but my head stayed warm!! It took two days to air dry and still looks like new! Thank you for creating such a beautiful functional warm hat!

Got a raspberry Ida Kromer for Christmas. Love the color and the contrasting black lace tie! Don't usually wear anything on my head but headbands, but it was comfortable and it kept my head warm while out walking in below zero temps on New Years Day. Just wish the ear flaps would come down a little further to completely cover my ears. Will definitely be wearing it all winter season. -Shelley

The lace tie should match the color of the hat. The shoe lace tie in contrast color is really not that styling or feminine. This was a gift to me and I plan to clip a bow or flower over the shoe string. Also one of the seams on top doesn't line up, but that might be the way it's made. -Mom
