I love this shirt jacket! I will be wearing this throughout every season no doubt.

The first shirt I received had the sleeve lining sewed in with a twist. I returned that and the second shirt one of the riveted snaps on the sleeve fell off the first time I wore the shirt, and the other snap did not match (the male and female sides of the snap did not connect). I am sending this back to be repaired but honestly it's disappointing that not only the build quality but apparently the quality control on this product is so poor. ~~ Hi Andrew, We apologize for these inconveniences. I purchased the light brown version of this shirt a year ago and loved it. One of the rivets on my shirt pulled off the base the first time I tried to take the shirt off. In addition to my review on January 24, 2023. I received the new snap today but no tools or directions how to install them. I improvised and installed the missing bottom snap with a socket and a tack hammer on a hard surface. Seemed to work. The problem now although the snap appears to look the same it is a larger size. It won't work without changing the top snap. Fortunately C.S. provided one. But now I need to go to a fabric store to purchase a snap installation tool. Still a nice shirt just a hassle to fix. Once again buttons would have worked much better. Perhaps if it was made in house like your othe products these small details could be addressed. I still enjoy your high quantity products.
