I really like the vest— nicely made, pretty material, made in the US. Customer service is excellent— I asked for physical dimensions of a couple sizes to compare so I ordered the right size— and they responded quickly. Amazing! I ordered the right size and it’s great. Been wearing as an extra layer for my commute and have gotten compliments by coworkers. You should buy one, too.
Received this vest for Christmas. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. It's thick and the cut allows it to fit a little loose. Which is great for wearing a t-shirt and a flannel shirt underneath. It's very warm, it breathes, it's very good looking and best of all, it's a Stormy Kromer. You can't do any better.
The material and workmanship are excellent, but the upper pockets aren't deep enough to securely hold my cell phone or glasses. Also, why do the sizes start at Medium? If the Button Vest came in Small, I would buy another one for my wife, as Stormy Kromer's women's vests seem to be designed for looks not warmth. ~~We will pass along your suggestions to our design team. I absolutely love this vest, it’s just the right weight, it’s warm but not hot, The pockets are just right and the quality is top notch.
I own the LL Bean vest which is very nice but its only 11 ounce 85/15 wool and its a zip front. I was looking at the Filson which is 100 % wool and 24 ounce with button front. Then I saw the Stormy Kromer which id 26 once 100% wool with button front. I bought the Stormy Kromer and I am completely saticfied with my purchase. The wool is very well refined and the styling is top notch. I absolutely love this vest. Its just exactly what I wanted.
I've had this vest several years now, and wear it winter spring and fall. This coupled with a good flannel keeps me from getting to warm indoors or too cold outdoors without having to take a jacket on and off all the time. When winter really hits I'm nice and toasty with this under my coat. I absolutely love all of the Kromer products I've purchased!

The vest is quality made and the fit is great. The deep front pockets will come in handy. I am 6'2" tall and the length of the vest is perfect. Not too long but long enough to keep cold from creeping in while you are working. Looking forward to many years of work with this one. Keep up the good work S.K.
