Loved the vest so much, I’ve already ordered more Stormy Kromer products.

I receive my vest with quick shipping. The material is top notch and heavy duty. The construction Top notch, with perfect stitching and finishing. I’m a 42” long and the fit for the large tall is good. I have a athletic build, the cut is somewhat squared off with some extra room. Would work extra well with layers. It also fits well under a jacket.
Well made fits extremely well quality materials perfect for my out door Life style and layering in colder weather
Shopping with Stormy Kromer was a refreshing experience. I began with a weekend query about the vest and received a friendly response with a photograph as soon as the business opened on Monday morning. I ordered the vest on Tuesday and it arrived from Michigan on Thursday. The shipping was free. I'm 5'9" and weigh 168 and the medium size fits like a glove. The charcoal is darker than the photographs I've seen and is actually dressy, but the wool is substantial and appears to be durable enough to wear while working outdoors. A bit heavier than the Filson. This is the kind of quality I imagine existed a hundred years ago when people bought thick, well-made woolen coats and vests that lasted a lifetime and beyond. The stitching and general craftsmanship also appear to be of superior quality. Based on my experience, you can trust this company to care about their products and customers and I think you'll find this vest is everything you're hoping for.
Got two of the vests (orange and green) during the PI Day sale and happy I made the decision! Quality stitching is top notch and and the fit is perfect for me! I am 6ft, 218 lbs and the XL is spot on! I do wish the fabric was a bit thicker but this will suffice for the fall hunting seasons and as a mid layer! Hope to buy another again soon!
Well made, fits well
Fits great, yes its a true 3XL size that allows for a retired bricklayer with real shoulders to match. Looks great and scores better than Filson's for fit which translates into comfort. Three (3) day delivery from order to delivery to Alaska, unbelievable.
I've been hunting whitetails for 29 years now. I had always told myself that if anybody ever made a blaze orange wool vest that I would buy one. Regardless of the price. So when SK came out with one a little over a year ago I didn't hesitate since I already own a Kromer cap in blaze orange as well as two other Kromer caps. I wore the vest all of last deer season, and I just finished wearing it for 9 days straight during the Oklahoma muzzleloader season. And one week from Saturday I will be wearing it for the 16-day Oklahoma rifle season. At 45 years old, I'm old school in that I prefer walnut and wool. Old rifles and wool clothing. The button vest is hands down THE best blaze orange vest I've ever owned. It fits great, is warm, has great pockets, and the 4-button front is easy to get on and off. I always wear mine over a hunter green Carhartt heavyweight hooded sweatshirt. I put the hood up and then put my compact Zeiss binoculars over the hood and then fold them up to put in the left chest pocket on the vest. They fit great in it. I just can't say enough good things about this vest from a hunters standpoint. I'll be buying another vest in a different color for wearing casually. I also own a Filson Mackinaw vest, and while it's a great vest too, I feel that the SK vest is the better built vest of the two vests. I hope this vest will last me the rest of my life, or certainly the rest of my hunting days, but I've even considered buying a second blaze vest just to put back in case they don't get enough demand for that color and discontinued it. I love it that much!
Great vest I really like the looks and quality
