The Brimless Cap

Love the hat. I think it would be a little more comfortable if it were just a bit shorter in height. It is very comfortable as is and I especially love wearing with ear flaps down.

When the box arrives - it is an event! The hat is presented in a Stormy Kromer branded brown cardboard box. The box is lined with printed red and white Stormy Kromer branded tissue. The packing slip isn't just thrown in the box - no, no, no! It is folded neatly and placed inside a red Stormy Kromer envelope that contains a thank you note for supporting American jobs. These hats fit perfectly! I love how the hat looks like a traditional beanie but then there is the functionality of the ear flaps. It's like having a secret weapon when the wind kicks up! Please measure your head before you order a cap because some of the reviews falsely claim this hat runs small. If you order it too small, that is on you, not on Stormy Kromer. Also, please understand that this hat covers a portion of your ears, not all the way past the the lobe. If you want full lobe coverage, you'll need to choose the Bergland, Snowdrift, or Trapper. If you write a one star review to claim it doesn't cover your ears, that is on you for not looking at the product photos, not on Stormy Kromer. Be sure to register your hat after your purchase. The Stormy Kromer Insurance Policy is second to none! Where else can you have your hat replaced for half price within three years of it being lost, stolen, or destroyed? The answer is no place else! New look to an old favorite

Love, love, love this hat! Had a great brimless Red Hat BUT the dog ate it! Found the Stormy Kromer site and was elated when I saw the brimless cap. Purchased the black- looks great, so warm with the banding that covers the ears! Only wish RED was still available! Had my previous hat for over 10 years- never looked old/worn! Bring back the red and I'll order another! GREAT HAT

Like the hat's look, but I feel the ear flaps/hat doesn't go far enough to properly cover my ears when it gets windy. I find that I turn to other hats that I have when the weather is bad. This is an issue because I was hoping for a more reliable hat for cold weather since the price is fairly high.

I love these caps. I have 4 of my own. I wanted others to enjoy them as well so I gave it as a gift. He lived it.

Would like to see it in Red and Orange.

My hats should have been here last week. Still today have not got them and fed ex tracking shows they left Chicago last week and never updated since. So unhappy. ~~ Sorry shipping has taken so long. Looks like on the vehicle for delivery today. ~~

Photo's online make it look like a really nice beanie; but wow it is literally a Stormy Kromer that they forgot to sew the bill on. It is pretty goofy looking. I will stick to the original Stormy Kromers I love....this hat is a fail and will be returned. ~~ Sorry the Brimless Cap isn't what you expected.
