I'm very disappointed in this hat. I ordered the small toddler size hat for my four-year-old daughter. I got the appropriate size based on her head circumference measurement and the hat does fit around her head. However, the crown part of the hat is way too shallow and it won't stay on her head. I ended up replacing it with the Ida Kromer in the smallest size available which is a tad big in circumference but the crown fits her perfectly. She's just a normal sized kid, she doesn't have an unusually large head or anything! If anything she is quite petite. I'm frustrated that I had to pay for return shipping as well as shipping for a new order when I did indeed measure correctly for the size on my end. I'm not sure the toddler hats are sized correctly. ~~ Sorry to hear the Lil' Kromer didn't fit properly. As with adult head sizes/shapes, children also have a wide variety of shapes - most fit in the Lil' Kromer hats, but some need the adult caps for the depth to fit correctly. SK ~~
