This is my first Stormy Kromer purchase and I love them! They’re so warm and comfy! Although, I do agree with another review that they’re a bit long. I’ve recommended them to everyone, however, and will continue to because I keep getting tons of compliments on them!
Unfortunately even my dog loves them and chewed the thumb right off one of my original pairs. I didn’t hesitate to order a new pair as these are the warmest, most comfortable mittens ever! Definitely will keep them out of the dog’s reach this time!
Nice looking mittens but way too snug in the width. Ordered what I thought was the right size but they were just too close for comfort.
I want to start by saying the quality of these gloves is great & I love that they’re made here. I however have found that they are first and foremost a little too long and narrow. I bought these for myself and gifts and we all felt similarly. I feel like the extra material at the tips of my fingers makes managing grabbing things difficult. I also found the hard way the reinforced palm makes them slippery so you don’t want to wear them while driving. I just received a pair of the Ida mittens in the Eclipse color as a Valentine’s gift. Absolutely love them. Will be a great addition to my Stormy Kromer collection! Now fingers crossed you make the Snowdrift cap in the Eclipse fabric to match!
We purchased a pair for my daughter and she loves them, however we planned to purchase a pair for my wife but you do not offer a size small and the mediums do not fit. Can you tell me why you don’t offer a small? I have two of your Kromer hats and one baseball cap. If you would offer a small in womens gloves you would have a sale ~~ Our current sizing seem to work for the vast majority of women. We haven't gotten many requests for a smaller size, but we will pass along your suggestion to our design team. SK ~~
They fit perfectly per my measurements and the sizing chart for Ida's Mittens. They do NOT run small or large. They fit my fingers (I am a small woman, with long fingers, and skinny wrists). If anything, the wrists might be a touch big, but with a long sleeve, they work just fine. Extra warm, and the goatskin is nice for gripping a steering wheel for driving. They are very cute.

I just love these mittens. My hands are a bit wider and larger than most women, so I went with a large size. That was a good idea. My hands are very toasty now.
